Wearing sunglasses with UV protection and wide-brimmed hats can also shield your eyes and face from harmful UV rays.

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD), typically associated with winter months, can also affect some individuals during the summer due to increased heat and longer daylight hours. Symptoms may include irritability, anxiety, and difficulty sleeping. Maintaining a regular sleep schedule, staying cool indoors, and practicing relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga can help manage these symptoms.
